Furthermore, we have several value-added services for help customers to solve real life problems.
Onsite color matching service
Some high standard shops need the color matching excellent. By helping of our 400 color matchers, we have the ability to come to collision shops, and provide excellent color matching.
Onsite technical support
No matter where and when, if you can’t fix the paint issues, we will send our
technical team to your location though our 11 service centers, and makes sure the paint works.
Collision shop design service
To help collision shops to have better workflow, and move more cars, we supply shop design service. As per the space, shape of shops and resources, we will make reasonable plan.
Training
For technical training, we provide 6 courses for painters and shop management. These courses will be done in Donglai' s training centers, OEMs' training centers, Collision shops, distributor facilities, etc.
We help our customers to use Donglai refinish paint products and the benefits of it.
For colors, We have courses teaching how to use our color tools to select the best formulas, tinting and blending skills.
In the last 10 years, there are more than 8,000 technicians and shop managers that have benefited from our training courses.
